AI-Powered Inventory & Supplier Relationship Management System
Overview
SRM Marketing LLP operates across multiple factories and warehouses globally, requiring precise inventory management and supplier relationship workflows. Previously, inventory tracking was largely manual, which caused inefficiencies in barcode handling, product identification, and data management.
To address these issues, iBirds Software Services developed a custom web application that leverages AI-powered image recognition and real-time inventory tracking. The solution included a mobile-compatible barcode scanner, OpenAI Vision API integration for image-to-text extraction, and multi-level warehouse management (Factory → Warehouse → Rack).
The system ensures secure, role-based access and provides comprehensive visibility into product flow, boosting efficiency, accuracy, and supplier coordination.
