Pickloo - Quick Commerce
Overview
Picklo is a fast delivery platform for fruits, vegetables, and groceries, aiming to bring fresh products to customers quickly and reliably. They wanted a complete digital solution to manage their business efficiently while providing a smooth shopping experience for their users.
To meet this goal, iBirds Software Services designed and built a full quick commerce platform. This included a web-based admin panel to manage products and orders, a customer-friendly website, and mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The system allows Picklo to track deliveries in real-time, confirm orders securely, and optimize operations for faster service.
The platform is live and actively serving customers, helping Picklo increase trust, save costs, and prepare for future growth.

Central Admin Panel
A web-based admin panel was built to manage products, pricing, offers, and orders in one place. This gave Picklo complete control over their business operations and made management simpler.
Mobile Apps (Android & iOS)
User-friendly mobile apps were built to make ordering quick and convenient. Customers can browse fresh produce, apply offers, and track deliveries in real-time.
Real-Time Tracking
By integrating the Google Maps API, we enabled live tracking of delivery agents. Customers receive updates and can see the delivery person’s location until their order arrives.
OTP-Based Delivery Confirmation
To ensure secure delivery, a custom OTP system was developed. The OTP is sent to the customer, and the delivery agent must enter it to complete the delivery. This prevents mistakes and theft while saving on third-party service costs.
Inventory Management Module
A dynamic inventory system was implemented to track stock in real-time. This helps avoid wastage of perishable items and ensures that customers receive fresh produce.
Route Optimization Feature
Smart route planning was added for delivery agents. It calculates the fastest and most efficient routes, saving time and fuel, and allowing Picklo to deliver multiple orders quickly.
