Sonakshi Creations is a handicraft manufacturer that traditionally managed its sales through manual challans instead of invoices.
While this method suited their customer base, it created significant operational challenges: delayed payments, lack of visibility into outstanding dues, and difficulty in tracking real-time stock movements.
