Regal Beauty is a salon and spa brand that struggled with manual billing, inventory mismatches, and payment tracking challenges.

Without a digital system, the salon faced frequent errors in billing and stock deductions, difficulty in handling GST-inclusive pricing, and limited visibility into daily sales or staff performance.

To address these issues, iBirds Software Services developed a customized Salon Management CRM tailored to the specific needs of the beauty & wellness industry.
