Overview

Prem Prakash Autos is a well-known company in the automotive parts distribution industry. They wanted to improve how they manage inventory and deliveries while providing a smooth shopping experience for their customers. Their goal was to have a system that could manage all products, pricing, orders, and deliveries in one place.

To achieve this, iBirds Software Services developed a complete inventory and dispatch management system. We built a centralized admin panel, a customer-friendly e-commerce website, and mobile applications for both Android and iOS. The system also included real-time delivery tracking and secure OTP-based delivery confirmation. This solution helps Prem Prakash Autos run their operations efficiently while giving customers a fast and reliable service experience.

Admin Panel

We built an easy web panel where the company can manage products, prices, offers, and all content. This makes running the business much simpler and reduces manual work.

Mobile Apps

We built apps for Android and iOS with the same features as the website. Customers can place orders, check stock, track deliveries, and get notifications.

Live Delivery Tracking

Using Google Maps, customers can see the delivery person’s location and get updates about their order.

OTP-Based Delivery Confirmation

To make deliveries safe, we created a system where customers get a one-time password (OTP) that the delivery person must enter. This ensures the right product reaches the right person.

Stock Management

We added a system to keep track of stock in real-time. This helps avoid shortages, extra stock, and mistakes in orders.
