Overview
Fingow Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is a leading corporate Direct Selling Agent (DSA) in the financial industry with a Pan-India presence. They wanted to modernize and streamline the loan application process by building a mobile-first platform where customers could easily apply for loans, upload documents, and track their application progress.
To meet this need, iBirds Software Services developed the Fingow mobile application using Flutter for cross-platform compatibility (Android & iOS). The app simplifies the entire loan journey, from application and documentation to tracking and approval, ensuring a customer-centric and digital-first experience.
The app is live with real-world users, helping Fingow enhance efficiency, expand reach, and deliver better customer service.
