Overview

Sonakshi Creations is a handicraft manufacturer that traditionally managed its sales through manual challans instead of invoices.

While this method suited their customer base, it created significant operational challenges: delayed payments, lack of visibility into outstanding dues, and difficulty in tracking real-time stock movements.

To resolve these issues, iBirds Software Services developed a customized Inventory & Sales Tracking CRM that combined challan-based sales management, inventory tracking, and automated payment reminders. The system provided real-time visibility of stock and outstanding dues, leading to faster collections and improved cash flow.
