RMKM

Rajasthan Mahila Kalyan Mandal (RMKM) is a grassroots NGO working in the education sector to improve access, monitoring, and quality of learning for underprivileged communities.

Previously, RMKM managed its operations using manual methods (paper records and Excel sheets) to track student enrollment, teacher activities, attendance, and assessments. This resulted in delayed reporting, data inconsistency, and limited oversight for academic coordinators managing multiple learning centers.

To address these challenges, iBirds Software Services developed a customized Education Management System (EMS) tailored to the NGO’s workflow. The system provided role-based access, digital record-keeping, academic progress monitoring, and centralized insights, empowering coordinators and teachers to work collaboratively and effectively.
