Fuzi Classic Elevators Pvt. Ltd. was managing its entire workflow — from lead generation to elevator installation and after-sales services — using Excel sheets. This outdated process led to confusion, delays, and missed business opportunities, especially when handling site visits, quotations, order bookings, and service contracts.

To address these challenges, iBirds Software Services developed a custom CRM platform tailored to the elevator industry. The system digitized the entire lifecycle, starting from capturing leads to handling warranty and AMC contracts, while also enabling real-time field tracking with Google Maps integration.

This solution empowered Fuzi Elevators with end-to-end process automation, real-time visibility, and improved efficiency across operations.
